An instructor at our University is developing an online English writing
course, and will be delivering the course via WebCT. The course will
require several papers from the students to be submitted for grading, and
these papers must conform to APA writing style. The instructor, who uses
MSWord, was wondering how the papers would appear in Word, if the students
created them using any number of word processing applications, and what the
best method of receiving student papers would be, since formatting of the
papers will be critical to the assigned writings.
Answer:
Three possibilities come to mind, in order of (my) preference:
1. rtf
2. pdf
3. force every student to submit papers created in MS Word
