I am looking for an ESL job in an Asian country. I have found a good
source for Japan, but I also want to explore the opportunities in Taiwain.
If you have any information that may aid in my search I would be very grateful.

While there are ESL teaching opportunities in some Asian countries, you also
might consider checking the many opportunities for ESL teachers in the United
Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain. Teachers with American and Canadian accents
seem to be preferred.
I am not an ESL practitioner, but while in UAE and Oman on other matters, I met
with many teachers, students and host country managers of ESL and other
academic programs at various post-secondary institutions.
ESL teachers in global/generic/social and specialized/industrial/high-tech
subjects are desired.
