Question:
Went to enquire about getting a taxi licence the other day. Asked for the
price of the course and was asked "Are you from a non english speaking
background?".
If I was from a "non english speaking background" the course would be
government subsidised to just $90.00.
If I wasn't from a "non english speaking background" (eg speak english, born
in Australia etc) the course would cost $330.00.
What ever happened to equal opportunity?
Answer:
Australia has equal opportunity! Chinese Australians have got the same
opportunity as Vietnamese Australians and Lebanese Australians.
There are some funny light skin animals living here in the country which
look human. They speak English (very funny sound), They don't
belong here! They were introduced to the country by the British like the
rabbits and, like the rabbits, have multiplied to pest proportions.
Count these out, there are not people, they are pests and are supposed
to be eraticated in time anyway.... (just kidding)
Equal opportunity is not there any longer for the white English speaking
person because you, my friend (and I for that matter) are out of fashion and
out of favour in this country.
Some Aboriginals Activists as well as some new settlers from
our North East would rather see us leave and they are managing it
when you look at who now emigrates from Australia in ever increasing
numbers.
Forget equal opportunity - it's just a slogan
