I wonder if "Perfect Your English" by W.H. Ballin may be of some help.
It gives you ideas and hints about English language in many aspects
including pronunciation, of course.
Since English language is much influenced by many different languages,
its pronunciation 'rules' have so many exceptions.
This book focuses on some of these exceptions and wods that are
frequently mispronunced.
It spends only several pages for pronunciation but worthwhile to read
if you really are interested in English language and want to know some
'tips'.
The author seems to have a very good sense of humour,
this book is very enjoyable and readable.
