Question: Does anybody know good CD-disk for study english grammar? (with big amount of exercises and so on)

Answer: I'm afraid I don't know any good CDs for studying English grammar, and I doubt there are any; but why not a good _book_?! For example, Essential Grammar In Use by Murphy (or, at more advanced level, English Grammar In Use (the same author)). Exactly what you want: A LOT of execises (with the key), clear explanations etc
