I'm always confused by new words' pronunciation, but I haven't found a
online (or can be downloaded) dictionary with phonetic symbol or audio
files. and I can't find a good dictionary from local book stores. any
one know where is a such site?

Haven't found anyone online. I found a "Oxford Colour French

and costs 7 pounds. It looks very good:
