Answer:
I am not sure whether you are looking for a English degree in General Language
Studies, Linguistics, Literature, or Writing. At any rate, in addition to the
excellent recommendations that Br. Tom C. Head gave you, I can add:
1) The Open University of the U.K. has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in
Literature.
2) The University of Central England in Birmingham has a Master of Arts in
English Linguistics.
2) The University of Glamorgan in Wales has a Master of Arts/Master of
Philosophy in Writing
