I am looking for a college town to live in when I retire and wonder if
any colleges/universities teach in English. Would I be able to enroll
and just take classes for fun. How can I get the college catalogs?

the medium of intruction used in most universities in Manila are in
English. My suggestion to you is to visit the country and check out the
many college towns you'd like to live in. Most retirees would probably
enjoy the extremes. A move to the provinces would guarantee fresh air
but a move to the city would guarantee conveniences. Do you want a quiet
life or be where the city life is
