Does anyone know where I can find a basic primer on how to
refurbish/rebuild an old set of QUAD ESL speakers? The bass panels on
one side seemed to have gone out; treble is still there, though
Answer:
I had the same thing. You can use a staple-gun and some material of similar
weight and material. I found a well worn and unwashed pair of Y-fronts from
an old old relative were good for this. The crud that was stuck to it would
fly off during a hard n heavy piece during a bass track
