has anybody know about any CD-ROM or any other multimedia source
of (British) English pronunciation? I learned to speak that way,
and I would like to improve, but now in the US it is more diffi-
cult to find such a thing (for obvious reasons.)
Answer:
One of my employers is BBC Radio 5-Live, which for those not
familiar is the newest of the BBC's UK-wide radio stations.
It has recently employed at website manager. When he has
got his feet under the table I will suggest that the site
ought to include some audio examples of different kinds of
English. I will post his e-mail address here soon, so that
anyone who thinks it appropriate can make the same
suggestion directly to him
